Refund policy

House of Avid prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise to meet the needs of our clients. We thoroughly inspect ALL items before shipping. ALL sales are final; ALL items are made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds on any items.

We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We do offer alteration services. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size, please contact us. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, since we are not present to get your exact measurements, in which case this has to be done locally and at your expense or virtually with one of our designers. If you need any assistance on how and where to alter your item for the fit you prefer. Contact us.

 If you have a problem with an item due to an error on our part, (ex. wrong color/design etc) please contact us and we will assist you.

Deposits

Your deposit is a portion of your balance, once your deposit is placed, your deadline is secure and your materials are ordered soon after, so deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your order after production is started, you lose your deposit along with any payments made.
